In dogs unclean understand the problem , the scholars differed , this is due to differences in perception in identifying what is behind the text . In the Qur’an itself does not mention directly about prohibition and impurity dog . Most scholars understand dogs as dirty animals , dogs are unclean and therefore forbidden eaten as pork, carrion , and blood flowing . Part of the other scholars understand these verses literally that which is haram referred to in paragraphs , so that the dog does not ternasuk unclean animals and do not eat unclean seems there are a very broad space for the people of Is ; lam to dig deeper into the science lessons in behind filthy dog saliva , dust , and how the physico – chemical interactions . Will be compared also how the physico- chemical interactions modern conventional cleaning agents ( soaps and detergents ) with dog saliva . As readers will know , writer and researcher of this study was astounded by the fact that the study was previously thought by peliti own .

Dalam memahami persoalan najis anjing, para ulama berbeda pendapat, hal ini disebabkan perbedaan persepsi dalam menelaah apa yang ada di balik teks. Dalam Al Quran sendiri tidak disebutkan secara langsung tentang keharaman dan kenajisan anjing. Sebagian ulama memahami anjing sebagai binatang kotor, karenanya anjing adalah najis dan haram dimakan sebagaimana daging babi, bangkai, dan darah yang mengalir. Sebagaian ulama yang lain memahami ayat tersebut secara harfiah bahwa yang haram hanyalah yang disebut dalam ayat, sehingga anjing tidak ternasuk binatang yang haram dimakan dan tidak najis Tampaknya masih terdapat suatu ruang yang sangat luas bagi umat Is;lam untuk menggali lebih dalam lagi hikmah ilmu di balik najisnya air liur anjing, debu dan bagaimana interaksi fisiko-kimia. Akan dibanding juga bagaimana interaksi fisiko-kimia bahan pembersih konvensional modern(sabun dan detergen) dengan air liur anjing. Sebagaimana yang pembaca akan ketahui, penulis yang sekaligus peneliti kajian ini pun tercengan dengan fakta penelitian yang tak diduga sebelumnya oleh peliti sendiri.
